Job Description
- Coordinate and arrange with Purchasing and other teams delivery of all items defined in issued Purchase Order.
- Coordinate daily activities to track location and transportation of goods and materials (including Customs clearance), to be received from vendor (s) / Giza Systems warehouse / site (s), and delivered to customer(s) / Giza Systems warehouse / site (s), via transportation means
- Coordinate delivery schedules with operations team internally.
- Coordinates with the store keeper the delivery of the released items to the warehouse
- Track all shipment on daily basis and submit the report to concerned department
- Handle logistics transactions
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of shipments ·
- Report all the issues related to shipments ·
- Minimize number of shipments by consolidation when possible
- Coordinate all logistic activities with subsidiaries ·
- Prepare budget for shipments ·
- Manage all paper work for logistic activities. ·
- Ensure customs clearance will be done on time. ·
