Job Description
- Direct sales activities through distributors ensuring effective coverage in geographical areas and key trade segments.
- Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives.
- Record all relevant data in the CRM system.
- Prepare all relevant sales plans, budgets, reports and forecasts in time to line manager and other concerned departments.
- Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics.
- Preparing the visits and reporting, following up on payment regulations. Support in preparation of offers.
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Review our product portfolio displays on shelf
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with relevant disciplines
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in the same position-Maximum Age 32
- Excellent in English both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Aware of the CRM system.
- Talented in selling with presentable manner
- Excellent customer management skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Communicating effectively with high negotiation and persuasion skills
- Driving for result and details oriented
- Own a car - valid driving license
