Job Description
A Leading company in the medical equipment field, requiring a talented and passionate caliber in the procurement role:
- Receiving and classifying PRs from all departments.
- Responsible for communicating with suppliers for issues related to inquiries/quotation and POs.
- Follow up with suppliers/principal’s to ensure timely receipt of quotations/responses.
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers/principal’s.
- Follow up with the suppliers to ensure timely receipt of approved documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
- V.Good English Command.
- Additional qualification as Procurement role will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Procurement responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Super attention to details, problem-solving skills & excellent follow-up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
