Approcks Seeks Good Calibers to join our start-up in Egypt as a Software System Analyst
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing both business and system requirements
- Meeting Stalk holders and Team Members to collect their requirements
- Translating Stalk holders and Team Members requirements into highly specified project briefs or User Stories.
- Examine and compare current systems and business models
- A solid grasp of project management basics in an SDLC (software delivery life cycle) context.
- Writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Working closely with managers, colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Builds a deeper understanding of products, processes, procedures, customers, and organization.
- Visualize the ‘big picture’, So his responsibilities extend towards the business side as well as the technology side of the project.
- Analyze the problem from different angles and perform a gap analysis.
- Document exact business needs along with both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assists program or process development and implementation.
- Providing training and user manuals to users.
- Plan releases and upgrades.
- Create detailed feature descriptions.
- Get involved Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research using multiple channels supported by on-going calls and visits to customers and prospects.
- Set sprint goals and coordinate agile sprint meetings and follow up progress.
- Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field, preferably computer science
- Proven experience with business and system analysis.
- Systems Reference Document (SRD ) and Software requirements specification (SRS) documents.
- Project management skills and exposure to project management tools
- Exposure to business process management tools
- Solid experience in MS Visio, MS Excel, and background in UML or any similar tool(s)
- Very good writing skills in both Arabic and English, including technical and business writing.
- Outstanding analytical capacity paired with a profound business sense.
- Good experience both system analysis and business analysis
- solid understanding of technical development is a must
- Teamwork builder.
- Experienced with Agile development.
- Acts as product owner for multi projects.
- Good background on SDLC. “Software Development Life cycle”
- Good background on programming languages and databases.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
