Job Description

  • Full responsibility for receiving all contracts with suppliers from the procurement team to plan, organize and manage these contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to receive confirmation of contracts and update cargo ready data.
  • Communicate with the financial department through regular meetings for the purpose of continuously updating the import commitments and its distribution plan.
  • Knowledge and access to all legislation and laws relating to import, transport, shipping and customs clearance
  • Knowledge and updating the requirements data for the General Authority Organization for Control of Exports and Imports.
  • Knowledge of all required import documents and dealing with customs clearance.
  • Supervising the updating of the department's work procedures.
  • Create a database and facilitate access to import information for all other departments.
  • Coordinate with the stores to develop administrative, supervisory, absorptive and organizational capacities.
  • Establish a good control system for warehouses and the movement of goods from & between branches.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in high education.

Experience:

  • Very Good command of English.
  • Age from 35 - 40 Only.
  • Experience in the retail Fashion Field being highly advantageous.
  • Males preferably.
  • Experience in Warehouses.
  • Minimum Experience 5 Years in Importing.
  • Very Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Required Skills:

  • Planning for the implementation of any temporal and procedural tasks
  • Preparing programs, supplies and executive steps for the required work
  • Good dealing with computer programs, especially Excel (MS Office)
  • Dealing with office equipment
