Job Description
We are hiring a developer with the potential to take on the lead and willingness to take on new challenges.
- The PHP Developer is responsible for the creation and implementation of a wide variety of Web-based products using LAMP stack.
- Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applications.
- Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features.
- Reporting technically to the project's team leader and managerially to the Project's manager.
- Participate in the development of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of systems.
- Development of solutions, micro-services architecture implementation, to CMSs and other open-source web software installation and configuration as well as standalone scripts.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Computer Science or a Related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Design Patterns and OOP basics.
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jquery.
- V.Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
- Demonstrable software development knowledge of PHP 4/5/7.
- Good command with English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Open Source CMS is a plus.
- Laravel framework is a plus.
- Experience Developing Web Services (SOAP, XML, etc.) is a BIG plus.
- Comfortable working on Linux.
