Job Description

  • Work on the development of recruitment procedures and selection criteria with public policy and the creation of complementary administrative models.
  • Receive requests for employment from department managers and heads of sectors and verify the appropriations.
  • Conduct personal interviews, language tests and abilities.
  • Coordinates with department managers to finalize interviews.
  • Supervise the preparation of job offers and contracts of employment, and follows up the executive procedures to enroll new employees in their jobs.
  • Participate in the development of the training needs of employees in cooperation with the Director of Human Resources.
  • Participate in the development of the annual training plan and follows up its implementation.
  • Perform budget training based on data from the training plan.
  • Select training providers based on specific elements, thus ensuring the highest return from training programs.
  • Evaluate each training program according to the four assessment stages.
  • Evaluate the rate on the return of the training and the extent of achievement of the objectives required and follow-up implementation
