Job Description
- Provide support to the Export department with information and documentation regarding the products being handle
- Coordinate with the production, logistics & financial departments the cycle of business
- Market analysis of different countries and client requirements
- Investigate opportunities for new products and customers
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with an experience of 1-4 yrs in export
- Excellent communication skills to include writing, and verbal communication
- Males only
- Attention to detail and able to prioritize
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, work independently, responsibly and professionally
- Good computer skills
- Solid multi-tasking skills
- Bilingual preferred French / English
