Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Jumia Pick-Up stations.
- Customer reception and experience management
- Receipt of parcels to deliver
- Coordinate process of delivery of parcels to customers
- Oversee proper cancellation of certain orders
- Ensure the creation of customer returns
- The dispatch of cancellations and customer returns (delivery of parcels to the
- carrier)
- Facilitate and coordinate collection of cash equivalent to the number of
- parcels delivered
- Ensure the daily delivery of the cash collected to the banks / collection agents
- Instruct PUS supervisors on the placing orders on behalf of customers
- Other tasks related to the life of the station
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relavant field
- 4+ years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations Field
- Excellend Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Excellent team management and performance management skills
- Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
