Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Jumia Pick-Up stations.
  • Customer reception and experience management
  • Receipt of parcels to deliver
  • Coordinate process of delivery of parcels to customers
  • Oversee proper cancellation of certain orders
  • Ensure the creation of customer returns
  • The dispatch of cancellations and customer returns (delivery of parcels to the
  • carrier)
  • Facilitate and coordinate collection of cash equivalent to the number of
  • parcels delivered
  • Ensure the daily delivery of the cash collected to the banks / collection agents
  • Instruct PUS supervisors on the placing orders on behalf of customers
  • Other tasks related to the life of the station

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relavant field
  • 4+ years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations Field
  • Excellend Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Excellent team management and performance management skills
  • Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
