Main Duties:

Medical Support and communicate with patient through different communication channels to answer their questions.

- Make sure their patients clearly understand medical processes and agreed upon it.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Essential: Bachelor degree in medical related field (Physio, Pharmacy, Nursing, Veterinary Medicine)
- Desirable: Additional training in customer services, sales.
- Experience in customer service, content creation, sales, and training is preferable.
