Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Manage and maintain "CEO / Chairman" calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings, and conference calls.
- Book travel arrangements
- Manage all event/meeting related activities for the organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in same role

- Presentable and tactful, preferred unveiled applicant.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Abilities to design, create and review Presentation content
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
