Job Description
- Lead infrastructure strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, Prioritizing initiatives with key stakeholders and coordinating the evaluation, deployment of current and future IT systems in line with general IT strategy
- Assess, communicate and mitigate risks associated with IT investment and operation
- Driving initiatives regarding improvements to existing processes, provide feedback, develop new practices and procedures, support audit initiatives in order to scale with the rapid expansion of the infrastructure and customer base
- Drive the operational excellence in everything; this includes but not limited to creating process, procedures, and automation to improve efficiency in our day to day tasks and projects
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Preparing monthly, quarterly pipeline reports
- Designing, Developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies and procedures of IT department
- Manage network infrastructure configuration and monitoring
- Follow up Firewalls administration with the IT team
- Develop requirements, outlines, plans, budgets, and schedules for IT projects
- Evaluate new information systems products and emerging trends in the IT field and recommend changes to existing products or services
- Educate IT staff on the use of newly applied technology
- Audit the systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Collaborate with and maintain communications with executives and department heads in the organization.
- Should have a strong command of project management principles, procedures and best practices
- Conducting regular system audits
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
- Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
- Audit Data center and physical security & computer configuration
- Serve as an internal auditor regarding conceivable security issues.
- Investigate IT security reported incidents or deducted by the security monitoring system and take the needed corrective or preventive action.
Job Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience in the same field
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
- MCSF/ MCSA/ CCNA Certificates
- Strong knowledge of the IT construction processes, including Networks, systems, and database
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- SAP experience is a must
