Job Description
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Present, promote and sell Properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Carry out all the functions assigned by the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Field, Specifically in New Cairo.
- Highly Presentable.
- Proven track record of sales.
- Extensive knowledge in that field
- Strong communication skills, flexible, energetic.
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation. Trustworthy and results-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM
