Job Description

  • Conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions as per the business need.
  • Supports effective on boarding of new hires and effective integration into the business in coordination with the Line Managers.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Assists in managing employees’ contracts, promotion & pay changes in Egypt.
  • Manages the payroll process for Egypt, audits the payroll of Egypt calculated by the outsourced Company, and ensures that all changes in in exemptions, insurance coverage, and Tax calculations are applied.
  • Supervises the implementation of the annual Training Plan of Egypt for all staff after identifying and assessing future and current training needs through career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Monitors and evaluates training program’s effectiveness.
  • Supervises the salary review process and reviews the staff salaries compared to the annual pay survey.
  • Provides a high level of support and direction to managers throughout the company in the areas of salary reviews and promotions.
  • Conducts periodic field visits to all projects and sets one to one meeting with project Manager/Managers to support them in all employees’ related issues.
  • Provides high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Provides professional advice and support to employees on HR issues and ensures that HR policies are properly implemented and maintained;
  • Responsible for implementing the Talent’up system in Egypt with high effectiveness to ensure a proper performance Management system.
  • Prepares and follows up the annual Personnel budget of Egypt
  • Manages the HR Operational part of Egypt; Ensures that the HR wheel is implemented.
  • Reviews the HR Monthly reports for Egypt; i.e.: HR KPIs, Training Actions, HR Monthly Reporting, Pay Hub, etc…
  • Trains and provides support to HR team members.
  • Prepares and conducts the HR committee meeting in both sites.
  • Maintains the Internship program in Cairo and Alex in the momentum and fully integrated in the system.
  • Plans & implements employee engagement activities to create an employee friendly environment and effective integration into the business in coordination with the Line Managers.

Job Requirements

  • Good command of MS Office Programs,
  • Strong organizing, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
