Job Description
- Monitor owner invoices in order for the owner’s accountants to audit and approve them
- Accounts receivables
- Ensure collecting our checks from the owners
- Getting the owner’s invoices officially stamped from the owner and drafting the
- Social Insurance letter and stamping it from the owner
- Recover the Social Insurance and tax Deposit from the owner
- Monitor the renewal of Owner’s Letters of Guarantees
- Translating the Owner’s Invoices from English to Arabic for Social Insurance purposes
- Get the Owner’s Stamp on the invoices that were translated to Arabic
- Reviewing reference number packets to assist the other accountants
- Retrieve important documents related to the Cairo and Alexandria projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting Department
- 3-5 years Experience - banking accounts
- Experience in construction companies is a must
