Job Description
Sales manager is required for real estate company in Nasr City, Cairo.
- Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in EGYPT and study factors influencing property market.
- Meet sales targets.
Job Requirements
- 5:8 years of experience in the field of real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Evaluate properties to determine its competitive market price.
- Occasionally have administrative tasks and report writing duties, to guide the team’s vision and ensure that everything goes according to plan.
- Provide a professional level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Establish and develop positive customer relationships
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
