Job Description
- Determining and developing the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects.
- Estimating a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.
- Working closely with site managers and other engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.
- Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
- Drawing plans using specialized design software packages.
- Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
- Making estimations for timescales and costs.
- Review the technical studies of tender documents.
- Review the detailed cost of updated items and change orders for ongoing projects
- Make an initial estimate of the total cost of the tender.
- Submit Preliminary report on the size, cost and summary of the tender.
- Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
- Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
- Organizing the transportation of materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering ( Civil or Mechanical Engineer )
- +5 years of experience
- Very Good command of English Language
- Very Good in MS Office
