Job Description
- Oversee the working of all engineering personnel and inspect all materials.
- Assist to resolve all construction process and recommend improvement to all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance to specifications and construction schedule and prepare all progress reports.
- Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and time-sheets.
- Provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
- Supervise all activities of the project and ensure compliance with all plans and specifications.
- Identify all errors in plans and ensure the optimal working of construction personnel.
- Manage and maintain accurate field notes and maintain the flow of technical information.
- Prepare comprehensive assessment reports for all turbines and generators and associate equipment.
- Evaluate all improvement operations and ensure the availability of all resources.
- Coordinate with the customer to prepare all outage schedules and provide recommendations for all repair work and ensure compliance to all time-frame.
Job Requirements
- Civil Engineer +20 Years Exp.
- AutoCAD , Microsoft Excel.
- English Language, speaking, Reading & writing.
- Familiar with FEDIC contracts.
- Familiar with all Egyptian and international specifications.
- Consultant background Preferable.
- PMP certified preferable.
