Job Description
- To provide the strategy and methodology for developing training courses for ITS products.
- To provide a full description of contents outlines for each course type.
- To assess, select any tool or system used for training.
- To manage the contents of all courses and training materials on LMS. To coach ITS employees on how to develop and deliver courses.
- To assess the content of delivered courses.
- To provide consultation to all employees regarding required courses for their career developments.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Preferable: Certification in Training by a reputed institute)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (Required more than 3 years of specialization in IT training delivery or management)
- Excellent Presentation skills and the ability to present material and adopt training materials to a wide variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Good listening skills to accurately understand others and provide effective feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Skills in designing course contents
- Skills in teaching and delivering courses
- Skill in adhering to policies and procedures in accomplishing job objective.
- Skill in utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles and methods of communications to gain agreement or acceptance of an idea or activity.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a productive and congenial manner with co-workers.
