Main Job Duties:
- Prepare schedules for the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Preparation of interviews and meetings with the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Direct communication with customers and with the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Preparation and attendance of conferences and exhibitions of products or services that provided by the company
- Booking airline tickets
- Organizing the files of his administration and keeping them in accordance with the requirements of quality
- Processing presentations
Job Requirements
- Required academic qualification: Bachelor of Arts
- Languages required: Arabic and English
- Years of Experience: 3-10 in a similar position.
- Skills and abilities: Ability to work within a team, fast learner, computer proficiency.
