Job Description
Cross-Category Innovation
- Drive Mondelēz scale to win in Snacking; become the expert in adopting the company Snacking concept and developing local strategies and plans by RE- Hot Zone picture of success / tracking by RE
- Cross-Category Seasonal events/ Big-Bang - Implement “occasion” based and cross category opportunities
2- In-store Excellence
- POB communication- Partner with POB to exploit shelf, secondary displays and Hot Zones to drive optimal shopper communication and conversion
- POSM development- Exploit shelf, secondary displays and Hot Zones to gain stunning visibility
- Lead coordination of in-store support activities (Merchandisers & Promoters)
- 5S experts; transformation to 5P across total business to provide focus and clarity for Sales teams in store
- Category leadership through CatMan, Planogram development, and other in-store projects
- Partnership with Sales teams to provide tools needed to deliver every day great execution in store
3- Category Growth Strategy:
- Lead development of Category Sales growth strategy in alignment with Marketing priorities
- Provide Sales teams with enough visibility and support to build robust JBP’s with customers
- Contribute to AC development- Provide Category expertise to Sales teams
4- 5P Picture of Success (PoS) by Retail Environment:
- Develop 5P standards by RE with local adaptation of One-page PoS for Field Sales force
- Incorporate Shopper Insights and 5S knowledge
5- Category plans design
- Develop plans for key customers (together with Sales) to fix the gaps vs. category standards
- Category Planning & Forecasting- Category KPI tracking and analysis- NPD/ Big Bets trade execution plans- Ready to Sell (Concept sell)
6- Activities Management
- Design Trade Channel/ Customer activation plans and promotional programs
- Ensure initiative plans are sufficient to achieve objectives- Check Sales capacity to execute with excellence
- Ensure optimal investment and control of Trade Spend via: detailed trade marketing budget with clear category objectives linked to investment plans
- Effective monitoring and evaluation of all execution results to ensure ROI for Mondelēz International
- Collaboration across multi-functional resources to drive an integrated and coordinated activity plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/Master in a relevant study
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Management in a Trade Marketing and/or Traditional Trade Management role
- Multi-category FMCG Sales experience
- Proficiency in using MS office tools, exposure to Sales automated devices
