Drive the execution of strategic plans in assigned Therapy Area and provide thorough up-to-date medical expertise to support Novartis message delivery to Medical Experts. Top Medical Experts management and follow up on annual development plans. Collaborate cross functionally in the execution of relevant scientific and clinical activities in assigned projects/disease areas. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
