Job Description
- Organizing the recruitment process between the candidate and the company side.
- Job posting & vacancy announcements, including collecting CV and keeping database updated.
- Employee satisfaction questionnaire analysis.
- Staff entertainments and social activities ( monthly , seasonally , and yearly activities )
- Data entry & reports exit (in & from) the HR payroll system.
- Employee’s announcements (vacation & Business trip) with Call Center Dept.
- Helping in Etisalat file (employees communication means) when needed.
- Doing the exit interview with the leavers, with all the analysis and reports needed.
- Helping in completing the governmental works inside & outside the office.
- The daily attendance report.
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 2+ years.
- Experienced with: Labor Law and HR regular work.
- Courses Required: Fundamentals of strategic HR Management.
- Languages: Very good in English.
- Skills: Very good Numerical skills, and communication skills.
