Job Description
To provide the company with needed legal advising and revise contracts , agreements , MOUs and all legal documents , act behalf of the company in front of governmental authorities , courts , GAFI and FRA .
- Drafting contracts.
- Doing researches.
- Doing the registration of real Estate.
- Follow up the tasks given to him from his manager.
- Writing minutes of general assembly in English.
Job Requirements
- From 8-10 years of experience as a Lawyer in a multinational firm preferred financial firm or Banking sector.
- Strong and updated legal knowledge
- Strong background in laws and regulations of FRA and GAFI.
- Recorded in the Egyptian Lawyers Bar.
- Fluent English and Arabic is a Must.
- Teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure
- Grade not less than good.
- Working under pressure.
- Previous experience in banks or financial company.
