Job Description
- Applying his technical capabilities and knowledge to manage the PS Support team
- Designing and developing the required policies and procedures manuals in order to standardize and streamline the work of his staff covering the architectures, testers/QA engineers and analysts
- Coordinating with the PS Manager to discuss its requirements and needs in light of the set plans and schedules
- Developing the needed plans and schedules to ensure about the availability of the needed technical competencies and resources to support the PS operations
- Overseeing the performance of his team in delivering the needed technical work to ensure the effective and efficient support to the PS operations
- Providing the required technical support and counsel to his team whenever is needed to make sure about the quality work to be delivered
- Participating in the technical development of the needed products and solutions to ensure meeting all the technical details and requirements
- Highlighting all the development areas and weakness points of the offered solutions and working on its overcome and development in coordination with the PS manager
- Preparing the periodic reports with respect to the achievements, status of projects, faced obstacles, etc.
- Conducting the required researches and developments on the PS solutions and outputs in a way that assures the accommodate towards the market norms and best practices
- Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly
- Approving subordinates’ administrative affairs including vacations and leaves …etc.
- Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Information System Major or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years Experience in related Field, java is prefered
- Excellent in English Language Speaking, Writing and listening
