Job Description
- Maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
- Installing Solutions
- Search Topology and administration
- Creating Web application, Site Collection, Sites, Lists, and Libraries
- Managing Service application like User Profile, Managed Metadata.
- Backup and restore of Sites, Site Collection, Web application, Documents, List, and Libraries
- Troubleshooting SharePoint issues
Job Requirements
- 4 - 5 years experience.
Must Have >>>
- Knowledge in Office 365 services - Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
- Installing and managing Windows Server operating systems - Server 2016, 2012 and 2008
- Managing Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS)
- Managing network services - DHCP, DNS, RAS, WSUS
- Knowledge in Hyper-V
- Windows OS patching
- VPN and Firewall configuration - Cisco ASA, Sophos
- Good understanding of routing and switching concepts
- Installing and configuring network printer
- Managing network shares
- Supporting desktop operating systems - Windows 10
- Providing Help Desk support for business users
- Configuring and managing Access Points and Wireless networks
Good To Have >>>
- Knowledge in Azure/AWS
- Experience in IIS hosting / working with CMS
