Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distributed emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and form.
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filling system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Manage office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contacts list
  • Book and manage travel arrangements
  • Manage visa applications
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Make sure to handle the stability of the office to maintain the work environment.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 years at least in a similar position.
  • Presentable with good communication skills and fluent English
  • Multitasker
