Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research about business to business market gaps, trends and needs, to identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, expand brand outreach and accelerate growth.
  • Carry out competitive analysis to map the different market players, analyze pricing trends and identify The Doodle Factory’s market positioning and identify suitable competitive strategies particularly in the B2B market.
  • Identify prospective clients, maintaining a database of prospects, and managing full sales process through arranging business development meetings, following up and closing deals
  • Understanding, analyzing and matching business offering with client needs and developing partnership and sales proposals to capitalize on opportunities
  • Maintaining strong long-term customer relationships and expanding business with existing clients and developing strategies for customer growth and retention
  • Coordinating marketing efforts with communications team to reach potential corporate clients through a B2B communication strategy
  • Diversifying sales and revenue portfolio, identifying new potential markets, products or revenue opportunities for the business to tap into.
  • Creating profile and pitch presentations for investors and corporate clients
  • Pitching, promoting and presenting the brand’s story and products/services
  • Maintain and critically analyze records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Maintaining sales database and developing monthly sales reports
  • Co-ordinate with rest of team members to ensure delivery of products on time

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Business Management or related field

Previous Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Specialized in Fashion Industry or similar previous experience is a must

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • In-depth understanding of the current products and future concepts
