Job Description
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process
- Following all the company team on delivering their tasks on the company ERP system.
- Following up day to day tasks with all the company team and prepare reports.
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Provide administrative services for the manager
- Perform other related duties as required Executive Secretary.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must
- More than 3 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office & Photoshop
- High level of communication skills and self-confidence.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Ability to use the system in posting data and printing reports.
- Maintain Confidentiality.
