Job Description
This position is responsible for making outbound calls to existing or new Compass customers to qualify prospects, present sales campaigns, and discuss their business needs, advising them on specific campaigns and/or services. As an effective inside sales representative, this position is responsible for building repeat sales through strong customer relationships and retention of current business
- Achieves sales goals assigned by executing outbound phone calls to dental offices by using targeted customer lists, CRM information, and product knowledge to meet customer needs and overcome objections
- Achieves the performance standards established for the team including but not limited to dials, targets and on-the-spot sales
- Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Manages target lists, effectively, to achieve the objectives assigned to each campaign
- Keeps up-to-date with industry knowledge, as well as the competitive posture of the company, maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products/services.

Coordinate sales process from the administration approval to ensure accurate handling documentation starting with contract signing and up to delivery training

Conveys market intelligence and customer feedback to the leadership team to develop improved promotions and programs

Plan visits of outdoor sales teams from phone calls
- Data mining from all digital resources to enrich the Compass database
- Manage all social media channels by fast response to Compass customers
Job Requirements
Competent sales professional
- Aptitude/desire to make a high volume of calls throughout a day
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data/reports and recommend changes to improve results
- Self-motivation demonstrated throughout his/her career
- Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills
- Adaptability to changing demands and conditions
- High command of English written and spoken
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree
- Dental education/experience an asset
