Job Description
- Implement the company’s procurement processes in all stages, ensuring they meet both legal and moral obligations.
- Provide advice to all on site operations functions on formulating tender documents ensuring the required procurement documentation is complete.
- Prepare and submit the procurement estimation for all on-site activities, in close coordination with the site operations, in order to consolidate the estimation to the overall procurement budget.
- Perform all necessary actions to consolidate purchasing requisitions from site operations, in order to achieve economies of scale and timely delivery of the requested materials/services.
- Identify and create a list of preferred suppliers and contractors for the on-site activities to ensure the provision of the best quality services/products to the site operations.
- Communicate the list of preferred suppliers to the corporate office to develop a common list and achieve economies of scale.
- Follow up with vendors on late deliveries to ensure safeguarding THE COMPANY’s interests and delivering items/services on the agreed timeline.
- Prepare reports with all necessary information on vendors’ performance in order to inform management.
- Review each contractual arrangement regarding cost and liaise with finance division in order to ensure timely payment to suppliers and customers in relation to all procurement activities on-site.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar field

- Able to communicate with vendors, technical resources, and internal clients
- Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment
