Job Description

  • Understanding basics of fluid monitoring and measurement instrumentation.
  • Customer visits, product presentations, Introducing new products to the market.
  • Handling the customer inquiries and technical questions of the customer.
  • Handover and discussion of quotations and technical replies.
  • Reviewing customer orders, and check if there is any discrepancy.
  • Follow-up with the customers on Open quotes status.
  • Support and share in the marketing activities of WIKA NE (Exhibitions, seminars,…etc.)
  • Support Payment Follow-up.
  • Support of Deliveries and settling the situation in case of technical problems.

Job Requirements

Administrative Skills :

  • Presentation Skills : Able to create effective presentations in time constrained environment.
  • Organizational Skills & Time Management Skills : Able to organize and prioritize work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and take corrective action where appropriate.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills, mastering both Arabic and English
  • Effective written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Team leading and management of additional technical resources to meet the needs of an account.
