Job Description
- Develops action plans, monitors their implementation and monitors performance.
- Lead the team to achieve the tasks and objectives.
- Responsible for the management and operation of the external maintenance team
- Be responsible for the management and operation of maintenance agents
- Customer satisfaction and work to solve their problems.
- Performs daily follow-up of the performance of technicians and urges them to accomplish.
- Follow the movement of spare parts and work needed.
- Coordinate and follow up with the call center staff.
- Follow-up revenues and work to increase and reduce expenses.
- Perform periodic and non-periodic reports
- Follows the movement of delivery and delivery of products to and from customers
