Job Description
- Customer service agents for a well known multinational company.
Main Duties:
- Advise on company's information.
- Handle complaints in a professional way.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction & loyalty.
Working Conditions:
- 9 hours rotational (last shift for Ladies ends at 10PM)
- 2 days off
- Work location: 6th of October near MUST University.
