Job Description

  • Responsible to follow MRP with different departments, negotiate and estimate the needed budget for the implementation.
  • Responsible to follow up with the supplier until the delivery of the goods.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the suppliers, following the business code of conduct in what is related to the supplier's relationship.
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Follow up on the supplier’s payment by sending the due invoices to the accounting department.
  • Negotiate and follow up with the supplier the arrival of missing part.
  • Maintain history records for all purchased items.
  • Work on creating and developing SOP, policies and work cycle to the section.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager all of the assigned work.
  • Prepare monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Have a fast response to urgent duties as per the organization needs.
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • High experience in tendering is an added value.
  • Very Good Computer skills.
  • Very Good English skills.
  • Team Leadership skills.
