Job Description
- Responsible for marketing and program management of peak sale and smaller topical events.
- Long term planning and development of strategy for the Events program
- Own and develop a high bar of customer experience for all events in the organization
- Develop go to market strategies including key propositions and constructs for each event
- End to end program management to ensure smooth execution
- Developing and executing new ideas for driving engagement goals
- Building robust processes for smooth execution of the events calendar
- Liaising with senior internal stakeholders to develop timely inputs, set-up processes across other functions of the organization to maintain a high bar on quality execution
- Partnering with internal brand and digital marketing teams to plan, develop, execute and analyze marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics and propose action plans
- Establishing guidelines and best practices across teams
Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree in business or marketing or engineering
- +8 years’ experience working in Product/Program management, Consulting, Analytical marketing or Business management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically and commercially while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
- Strong on dealing with ambiguity
