Job Summary

  • As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will increase the quality and quantity of qualified leads for the sales force, resulting in stronger pipelines and increased revenue, by performing the lead generation.
  • Developing strategies to increase the performance of database growth, customer data enrichment, objectives, customer segments and behavior. We want you to join our team as an enthusiastic, creative, ambitious person with a positive mindset.
  • You will liaise with different internal stakeholders and you will work on the strategy and the execution of targeted digital campaigns.
  • In this role, you will proactively identify growth opportunities and implement the ideas yourself.
  • You obviously have a good understanding of marketing and are a marketer that can translate a complex, technical story into a compelling message that people want to read more of.


What will you do?

  • First you must get a good understanding of the company culture that you will be promoting.
  • You will ensure that our marketing campaigns are providing value to our customers, bring a fresh customer experience to the market and increase lead generation for the sales funnels.
  • Managing strategy and execution of paid and non paid digital channels to drive growth by acquiring and expanding our customer base, creating strong content marketing and SEO, Manage and lead potential and current partnerships and referrals .
  • Translate brand strategies into go-to-market strategies to induce acquisition, lead execution with excellence of the brand plans and acquisition initiatives across different digital channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Work on Performance Marketing planning and execution using cutting edge marketing, data and analytics technologies. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights.
  • Work closely with marketing department, sales and operations, coordinating all marketing activities to improve customer experience.

Job Requirements

Skills and Knowledge

  • Any Bachelor Degree with at least 3-5 Years of Experience in Same Filed
  • You have strong communication, influencing and solution/creative minded skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of creating marketing funnels.
  • You have experience with creating a B2B marketing strategy.
  • You can explain how content is converting leads into clients.
  • Online Marketing (SEO, SEA, Inbound Analytics, UX design, Content Marketing).
  • And if you have experience with marketing automation, Data Driven Marketing and targeted ads, then that would be ideal. Yes, we know we ask a lot.
  • Analytical mindset
  • Can execute in dynamic start-up environment
  • The ability to work independently and as part of the team
