Main Job Duties:
- Prepare a marketing plan and annual sales programs to set goals that serve the general strategy of the company.
- Preparation of studies and comprehensive research of the situation of the market and competitors.
- Prepare a database of competitors and work.
- Develop promotional plans and publicity for the company's programs
- Prepare the budget for the marketing plan, promotional programs and advertising campaigns for the company's programs.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Job Requirements
- This is a leading position: We expect excellent leadership skills.
- Experience in Sales / Marketing in a Senior Position for at least 5 years in Software Industry Is a Must
- Bc's degree in business administration or related field.
- Age : 35-45 .
- Experience in Planning and Implementing Sales Strategies.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience managing and directing a Sales Team.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a Must.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Certifications that provide evidence of a desire for continued education are a plus.
- Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.
