Job Description
- Receive the export manager's request based on the business needs.
- Communicate with the warehouse management to determine the stock of export items and preparations based on the export department.
- Prepare the package statement to be sent to the export manager.
- Constant contact with shipping companies according to the monthly plan to determine the prices and dates of ships.
- Communicate with the stores to determine the type and size of the container sent to the customer.
- Follow-up with the customs officer to open a customs certificate and the date of entry of the container with the shipping company.
- Follow-up with warehouse management for the dates of shipment of products or the arrival of chemicals.
- Follow-up shipments received with the Department of Foreign Procurement.
- Follow up the entry of consignment documents to banks with the Financial Department.
- Request certificates of reference of the formulations issued by the laboratories
Job Requirements
- BSc degree
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics "Pharmaceutical Company"
- Very Good English language & computer skills
- Good communication skills & problem solving
- Males only
