Job Description

  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Handles daily interviews in terms of preparation of applications and tests.
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.

Job Requirements

  • Very good discipline.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ...)
  • Good Communication, writing and reporting skills.
