Job Description
Job Summary:
Lead development unit to develop, maintain high quality products according to plan and specifications. Supervises development team and work on their personal development.
- Ultimately Responsible for development quality on all products on organization level.
- Allocate resources on scrums.
- Ensures efficient allocation of scrums.
- Monitors scrum teams performance and productivity.
- Generate reports with KPIs on sprints and releases.
- Sends periodical reports to management on scrum team performance with coordination with other functional heads.
- Responsible for team performance and technical evaluation.
- Resolve conflicts between team members and other units.
- Coach and support team members in technical issues, challenges and problems.
- Facilitate team member’s issues and support team spirit.
- Coordinate technical discussion and owns technical backlog assignment to scrums.
- Ensure conformance of processes within the organization.
- Follow up and ensure that all development documentations are updated.
- Work with team to put development strategy, guidelines and standards.
- Conduct interviews for development unit.
- Responsible for personal development of development team.
- Monitor development team progress and performance.
Job Requirements
- Must have architected a .Net solution before.
- Must have in-depth understanding of all layers of a solution’s architecture.
- Must have implemented a Repository Pattern for Separation of Concern.
- Must understand the architecture of the application and contribute to enhancing the architecture.
- Must be a hands-on developer for resolving complex technical problems.
- Must conduct code-reviews at all layers of the application architecture.
- Must be able to work with all developers and QC members, understand their tasks and provide assistance in resolving issues at code level.
- Must fully understand functional side of the application and provide suggestions.
- Must be able to conduct demos of the product end-to-end to stakeholders.
- Must proactively coordinate with the company teams every day.
- Must have experience and knowledge of SCRUM. Experience in agile estimation techniques.
- Must be up to date on technology trends. Be willing to embrace quickly the transitions in technology, do R&D and propose solutions.

- Can Handel Multi tasks and assignments at same time
Skills:
- UI: Angular, HTML5, JavaScript
- Middle Tier: C#, Web API, ADO.NET, Windows Identity Foundation, MVC and Core.
- Backend: SQL Server, Solr and MongoDB
- Process: Team Foundation server, Git, Agile, SCRUM.
- Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
