Job Description
- Prepare and distribute the shifts and work plan for the club control team.
- Explain current and new club regulations for the team in a clear way.
- Follow up on working plans and its implementation.
- Generate monthly reports to the direct manager about the needs of the member’s.
- Assist and respond to members inquires to ensure members satisfaction.
- Work on solving members problems according to clubs’ regulations.
- Provide the teamwork with all the information needed to be able to respond to members inquires.
- Propose amendments on work plans to his direct manager to improve the provided services to members.
- Guide the teamwork on how to assist members in their complaints or inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Must be Damietta resident
- Suitable Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of Experience in the same field or in customer service.
