Job Description

  • Achieves 100% of the assigned team sales target
  • Provide excellent customer relation management service
  • Deliver accurate reporting on time (daily/ weekly/ monthly) reports
  • Recruit, train and direct sales to develop a strong sales consultants team
  • Provide training to agents regarding product knowledge, sales pitch and sales techniques
  • Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships
  • Oversee sales transactions, sales contracts and ensure legal compliance with business needs & practices
  • Implement research methods for listings of technology bids & tenders
  • Monitor the preparation and execution of job orders, contracts, disclosures, and correspondence
  • Plan with the GM on performance improvement and future development of business growth
  • Increase and maintain new business with existing and new customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience including minimum 2 year of supervisory experience in B2B sales field and software solutions background will be a plus.
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions.
  • High level of flexibility, creativity and problem solving.
  • Innovative, ambitious, and results-oriented
