Job Description
- Achieves 100% of the assigned team sales target
- Provide excellent customer relation management service
- Deliver accurate reporting on time (daily/ weekly/ monthly) reports
- Recruit, train and direct sales to develop a strong sales consultants team
- Provide training to agents regarding product knowledge, sales pitch and sales techniques
- Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships
- Oversee sales transactions, sales contracts and ensure legal compliance with business needs & practices
- Implement research methods for listings of technology bids & tenders
- Monitor the preparation and execution of job orders, contracts, disclosures, and correspondence
- Plan with the GM on performance improvement and future development of business growth
- Increase and maintain new business with existing and new customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience including minimum 2 year of supervisory experience in B2B sales field and software solutions background will be a plus.
- Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions.
- High level of flexibility, creativity and problem solving.
- Innovative, ambitious, and results-oriented
