Job Description

The customer support representative ensures that the business’ customers always receive friendly, prompt service and their needs are being satisfied as well as working proactively to resolve any emerging problems that the customers might face with the service the business provide.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Respond promptly to customers inquiries
  • Attract potential customers by providing them with accurate information
  • Establish and maintain customers’ accounts by recording account information
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments
  • Handle and resolve customers complaints
  • Build sustainable relationships and acting with a “customer comes first” attitude with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure that all the scheduled appointments are communicated to the operations supervisor promptly
  • Ensure that all the complaints are communicated to the quality assurance manager promptly

Job Requirements
