Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

Stylish Eve is seeking to hire for it's well known brand "Rush Brush" an enthusiastic Sales Supervisor, with a can do attitude.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and help others achieve their maximum sales potential!

You will mainly will be in charge of "Rush Brush" booth in City Stars booth.

• Execute Sales plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives
• Follow up on day to day attendance\adherence and weekly schedules of subordinates
• Responsible for events management with Marketing team
• Interact with hundreds of people a week and help each booth achieve it's sales targets while having fun
• Effectively partners with customers and co-workers to resolve complex customer situations like Refund\Replacement
• Conducts weekly observations and provides effective feedback to sales promoters
• Manage the stock of our booths
• Acts as a subject matter expert to provide ongoing training and awareness of our products, and promotions to our sales promoters
• Assists the management team to achieve and exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage daily reports and report all the sales and performance to the management
• Participate in Management meetings
