Regular inspection and site tour.
Assist in contractors’ orientation, coaching and training.
Manage site operations based on contractual agreements and approved operation plan.
Manage team attendance and its roster schedules.
Do contractors monthly evaluations based on contractual commitments.
Review and revise contractors invoice.
Check and respond to requests received via various channels in a timely manner.
Develop monthly plans according to business needs.
Handle escalated complaints and follow-up with clients until problems solved.
Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Create purchase requests and follow-up until items delivery.
Review and sign off different types of permits and forms.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Solve operational issues / problems according to given authorities.

Bachelor degree in hotels and tourism / business administration or relevant field.
Excellent computer skills
Good written and spoken English skills.
Must have a driving license.
High interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, excellent organizational and team management skills. Candidate must be detail-oriented and has high problem solving skills.
Work experience in housekeeping, facility operations or similar role.
Proven experience in hospitality, facility or housekeeping field at large organizations
Ability to develop plans, reports and presentations.
