Job Description
- Regular inspection and site tour.
- Assist in contractors’ orientation, coaching and training.
- Manage site operations based on contractual agreements and approved operation plan.
- Manage team attendance and its roster schedules.
- Do contractors monthly evaluations based on contractual commitments.
- Review and revise contractors invoice.
- Check and respond to requests received via various channels in a timely manner.
- Develop monthly plans according to business needs.
- Handle escalated complaints and follow-up with clients until problems solved.
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Create purchase requests and follow-up until items delivery.
- Review and sign off different types of permits and forms.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
- Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
- Solve operational issues / problems according to given authorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in hotels and tourism / business administration or relevant field.
- Excellent computer skills
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Must have a driving license.
- High interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, excellent organizational and team management skills. Candidate must be detail-oriented and has high problem solving skills.
- Work experience in housekeeping, facility operations or similar role.
- Proven experience in hospitality, facility or housekeeping field at large organizations
- Ability to develop plans, reports and presentations.
