Job Description
What does a Technical Mechanical Trainer do?
- Prepares the workshop for the training
- Evaluates Trainees using competency-based assessments
- Maintains all workshop equipment and organizes consumables.
- Supports the training manager and planner in the delivery of the technical curriculum
- Helps to improve the training programs in his field
- Conducts technical training in English and Arabic language,
The trainer should be able to conduct training in following fields:
- Technical Measurement and Drawing Skills for Mechanics
- Basic metal production using manual techniques
- Basic and advanced production of items using turning and milling machines
- Mechanical Maintenance and Repair
- Basics of welding, including virtual welding
- Arc, TIG and MIG welding
- Basics of CNC technology and CNC Programming
- CAD-CAM and PLM processing
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification:
- Technical Diploma within the relevant specialization
- Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years in his field
- Language skills: Excellent English
- Job Location: EGTA, Ain Sokhna, Egypt
