Job Description
- Establish new clients by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Coordinate with different CPAS division and units in the developing the programs.
- Consider different approaches for delivering training by CPAS, including by online tools, in-house and external training delivery in cooperation with training providers.
- Exploring different factors that might reinforce the quality and value of the training programs delivered by CPAS, including by accreditation, introduction of new fields and consideration of business-related areas for engineering activities.
- Execution of the sales plan, including by online tools and attending relevant fairs, events and conferences
- Follow up existing clients.
- Follow up the implementation of the training programs.
- Prepare and deliver weekly report to the top management concerning the progress of the training activities.
Job Requirements
- Sales Experience in Training Center industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline required.
- Graduates of MIU, GUC, BUE, MSA and AAST, etc. are preferred
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent written & spoken English and Arabic.
