Job Description

    • Responsible for team members' files archiving.
    • Updating all members' info on our database sheet as well as Pingboard.
    • Handling and coordinating with IT/Office new members details.
    • Handling employees’ contracts and social insurance and dealing with labor office.
    • Help in organizing company events and giveaways.
    • Handling team members’s services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in suitable field.
  • Very good English.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Very good usage of word and excel.
  • Very organized.
  • High attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills.
