- Responsible for team members' files archiving.
- Updating all members' info on our database sheet as well as Pingboard.
- Handling and coordinating with IT/Office new members details.
- Handling employees’ contracts and social insurance and dealing with labor office.
- Help in organizing company events and giveaways.
- Handling team members’s services.
